We've had many people ask us where we got the name Rosemary Pay for our little lady, so I thought it was time I explained it on here. :)
For her first name, we got it from the movie We Bought a Zoo. (It's a really great, family friendly movie if you haven't seen it yet!) We watched it shortly after we were married (back in early 2012), and there was an adorable little girl in the movie with curly red hair whose name was Rosie. I am a redhead and Kyler used to have kinda curly hair as a kid, so we were all excited and like "she could totally be our future daughter! We need a Rosie!" So boom. Just like that, once we found out we were having a little girl Rosemary was our top name choice. :)
Her middle name, Pay, is named after Marjorie Pay Hinckley, President Gordon B. Hinckley's wife. If you don't know who she is, you should look her up! She was one amazing woman! We love naming our children after strong, inspiring people that they can look up to and Marjorie is just one of the best there is.
So there you have it - Rosemary Pay is just the sweetest. We sure love our tiny little Rosie.
