We have a cute airbnb we love to stay at in Mount Pleasant when we need little getaways as a family! They gave us a free night stay this summer so we thought we’d utilize it and make a fun little trip out of it. We happened to be there during the 24th of July and it was just a really great time together. We went on a drive through some beautiful hills and found a super bright yellow bush with so many butterflies all around it! it was amazing! We spent a lot of time just letting the kids run around in the huge yard, doing fun summer things like eating popcicles and making s’mores and even did some fireworks ha ha I sure love my rascals and my husband! These little staycations have always been so good for our relationships with one another so I highly encourage you to try and get away as a little nuclear family! It doesn’t have to be far away and it doesn’t have to cost a lot of money. Just that time away from all other distractions is just so good for everyone. :)
